All jewellery from Novikov & Co. is custom made and only made on order. Thats why we can not accepts returns at all. The jewellery is custom made and can not be returned. For your convenience we offer the opportunity to absorb the costs for alterations of the ring size. The maximum cost that we can absorb is 100 Euros. For that you can please contact us via e-mail.
